Common Problems and Solutions
"Can't connect to Minecraft bridge" or "Intermittent connection issues to your node. (auth: Empty response)"
This indicates one of our nodes is down. We already know about the issue and are working to resolve it!

OutOfMemoryException error
This error usually indicates that your server ran out of RAM, there may be problem with your server or you may just need to upgrade your package.

"Out of disk space" or "Failed to adapt server configuration"
This error indicates that there is a problem with one of our nodes. Please report it by opening a support ticket.

"IllegalArgumentException: Too big view radius"
This error means you set your view distance in server.properties above 15 (Minecraft's max), lower it below this level.

Your plugin isn't loading or your plugin doesn't show up
Be sure to look for plugin errors when you server starts! Read what the error message says and see if you can fix it.

Failed to check session lock
Failed to check session lock errors can occur randomly and usually begin with this line:
net.minecraft.server.WorldConlictException: Failed to check session lock, aborting It will cause your server to crash. The fix for this is to simply navigate to your world folders and delete the session.lock files in them, then restart your server. 

JSON - Exception in server tick loop
JSON - Exception in server tick loop is an error message that can occur in a Minecraft server when there is an issue with some .json files. These are ops.json, usercache.json, and whitelist.json specifically. Deleting these files and starting the server back up to recreate them will resolve the issue.
