All Confirmed Features
The Minecraft penguin mob would be exclusive to stone shore biomes and the nearby oceans they roam. Players that sail by them would receive a boost of speed, likely similar to the buff dolphins give. Outside of that, we know the penguin is peaceful, but of the three mobs announced, it otherwise had the fewest details.
Voting for the Minecraft Penguin Mob
Beginning October 13th at 1PM EDT, players can vote for their favorite mob until Minecraft Live begins 48 hours later. Voting will be available on a special Mojang bedrock server, the Minecraft Launcher, or Minecraft.net, and once the voting window closes, the winner will be announced live on stream shortly after.
When is Minecraft Live?
Minecraft Live 2023 airs live on the official Minecraft YouTube Channel and Minecraft.net/live October 15th at 1PM EDT. A full video of the event will also be available on the official Minecraft YouTube channel sometime after it ends.
